Hi, I’m Calista — a U.S. Air Force Veteran, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Doctor of Behavioral Health, and holistic healing practitioner. With over eight years of experience serving Veterans and individuals navigating mental health challenges, I bring a unique blend of clinical expertise, lived experience, and deep compassion to the work I do.

I’m the founder of Soul Sutra, a healing-centered practice dedicated to helping adults find internal peace, reclaim their power, and live more meaningful, grounded lives. My approach weaves together evidence-based mental health therapy, trauma-informed care, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, and meditation to support healing on every level — mind, body, and spirit.
